BOOKINGS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNLESS THE INVOICE IS PAID

Once you place your request, it is to be approved by management. You will then be sent a link to your approved account to input your payment details.

We will hold your requested booking spot for up to 2 days before we remove it from our booking calendar as it is considered unconfirmed. 



OBJX Creative Studio has a ZERO cancellation policy. Applicable to all members and drop-in clients.

A 48hr notice is required to reschedule your booking. Please do not be late as we cannot extend your time if another booking is expected the following hour. 



Our space is always updating aesthetically to provide our clients with a space they can use more than once. We do not want to guarantee any of the sets, rooms and props within OBJX Studio. Feel free to place a comment in your booking request or send us an email to info@objx.studio for more information.



MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships will auto-renew on a month-to-month basis following the initial 6 months and 1-year term.

A minimum of 30 days advance notice is required for membership cancellation, upon completion of 6 months or 1-year term. 

A members account must be in good standing and any outstanding debts are paid before any cancellation request can be approved.

OBJX Creative Studio requires that a $300 cancellation fee be paid for any membership agreement cancelled before the initial 6-month term is fulfilled.

A member may FREEZE their membership for a period of 1-3 months upon completion of the initial 6 months or 1-year term, provided the customer has submitted an email request and received approval by management.
